With the Ascent’s Zero Percent Loan, repayment starts three months after completing or exiting the program, whichever comes first.
If you aren't earning a total income of at least $40,000 annually, you may contact Launch Servicing at 1-877-209-5297 or fill out the Launch Servicing Deferment Form to request Underemployed/Unemployed Deferment, under which payments may be postponed — please note that you will need to reach out every 3 months and meet the eligibility requirements for the deferment to continue.
The Launch Servicing Team is there to help support you during repayment, but they don't know if you have a job, how much money you make, or if you need assistance unless you reach out!
Please make sure that you are able to login to your Launch Servicing portal so you can manage your account and receive updates.
