What should I do if my laptop breaks or malfunctions?

If your laptop is damaged during transit or isn’t working upon arrival, contact admissions right away. We will arrange for a repair or replacement. If the device was individually ordered, you’ll need to return it within 7 business days, and we will send a new one.

Keep in mind that delays may affect your start date, but any deferrals due to device issues will be approved.
