Typically, this phase lasts 12 weeks, during which you'll receive personalized guidance and support in your job search. However, if you secure a new job or receive a promotion during this period, it may conclude earlier.

If you're still seeking employment at the end of the 12 weeks, you can extend your support with your Job Success Coach for an additional 12 weeks to further enhance your prospects.
