You will be attending squad sessions with your coach using Zoom and completing technical coursework in Coursera. Below is a summary of the time commitment for our programs:
Mandatory weekly squad sessions with your coach between 1-2 hours.
Work assignments are completed asynchronously with a 20-25 hours weekly commitment
Flexibility to complete assignments at your own pace and submit them via our Learners Portal by 6 p.m. local time every Monday.
We also use digital workplace platforms and software, including Slack, Google Suite, and our customized Merit America Learner Portal as tools.
