Merit America’s Career Readiness Essentials program is an interactive experience designed to help working adults develop the workplace skills employers value most. Across six weeks, you will learn how to:

  • Use the STAR method to structure compelling, employer-relevant responses for interviews and resumes.

  • Navigate simulated workplace challenges, resolve conflicts, and apply process improvement and problem-solving skills.

  • Present your experience with impact by building a targeted resume and a polished LinkedIn profile.

  • Develop a personalized professional plan outlining your next steps for your job search or ongoing growth.

You’ll build these skills through applied learning modules, AI-powered workplace simulations, and weekly 1:1 sessions with a dedicated career coach.
