Your application must be completed within a specific timeframe to stay active and keep moving forward in the process. If too much time passes without action, your application may become inactive and you won’t be able to continue where you left off.

Here’s a quick breakdown of when inactivity kicks in:

Application Step

Application becomes inactive after…

Assessment not completed

3 days

Merit Overview not completed

7 days

Admission not confirmed

3 days

Squad selection not completed

When the cohort reaches capacity or application is incomplete

General inactivity

14 days with no action taken

If your application becomes inactive, don’t worry—you’re not out of the running. It just means you’ll need a little help to get reactivated. Depending on where you are in the process, you may be unable to pick up right where you left off but, your admissions advisor can help guide you through the next steps.

To get reactivated, log in to your account to check your application status, then reach out to us at admissions@meritamerica.org for support.
