Final Certificate

To earn your final certificate for the Google Certificate program on Coursera, you need to be enrolled in the main course/ professional certificate. Here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

Step 1: Log In

  • Log in to your Coursera account.

    • Go to Coursera.

    • Enter your email and password to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Main Track

On the Coursera main page, find your track.

The title will vary based on your track (e.g., IT, Data, UX, Cyber, etc.).

Step 3: Find the Professional Certificate

  • Scroll down to locate your main track.

  • Look for the section labeled “Professional Certificate.”

Step 4: Enroll in the Main Course

  • Click on your track and proceed with the enrollment process.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your enrollment.

Step 5: Complete the Courses

  • Finish all the courses within the main track.

  • Make sure to complete all required courses and assessments.

Step 6: Receive Your Final Certificate

  • Once all courses are completed, Coursera will award you your final certificate.

  • You will be able to download and share your certificate.

How to contact Coursera for support

If you have trouble getting your certificate, you will need to open a ticket with Coursera.

Note that when you create a case with Coursera, you will receive an automated email. To ensure a human reviews your case, you must reply to that email.

To follow up on your support request tickets with Coursera, please follow these steps:

Step 1: From the home page, click on your name on the top right corner of your screen, and select “Help Center” from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: click on the username on the top right corner of your screen, and then select “My Support Cases”


You can now view your open cases and upload any additional information (i.e.
screenshots/updates).
