To earn your final certificate for the Google Certificate program on Coursera, you need to be enrolled in the main course/ professional certificate. Here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your Coursera account.
Go to Coursera.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Main Track
On the Coursera main page, find your track.

Step 3: Find the Professional Certificate

Step 4: Enroll in the Main Course

If you have trouble getting your certificate, you will need to open a ticket with Coursera.
Note that when you create a case with Coursera, you will receive an automated email. To ensure a human reviews your case, you must reply to that email.

Step 1: From the home page, click on your name on the top right corner of your screen, and select “Help Center” from the dropdown menu.

screenshots/updates).
