How to update your job preferences

  1. Navigate to the job preferences tab of your account page, either by going directly to https://my.meritamerica.org/learner_profile/me?tab=job-preferences or by clicking "Account" and then "Job Preferences" from anywhere in My Merit America

  2. Fill in the 5 required fields about your job preference

    • We encourage you to choose at least one type of employment, preferred work location, and city you'd be interested in working in

  3. Click "Save Preferences"

    • Once your preferences have been saved, you should see a green "Job preferences saved successfully" banner at the top

  4. Return to this page anytime to update your preferences and save again

NOTE: Even if MMA says "You are no longer enrolled" when you log-in, you are still able to access your Job Preferences page. Simply paste the URL (https://my.meritamerica.org/learner_profile/me?tab=job-preferences) directly into your browser bar once signed in.
